Class 6 Felony Arizona

Normal punishment for a Class 6 felony ranges from 6 to 18 months with a presumptive sentence of a single year. An aggravated term equals prison time of two years and the mitigation term is four months. Read on to learn more.

However, if your Class 6 Felony charge did not involve a weapon or cause serious injury, the Judge may enter a judgement of a Class 1 misdemeanor or sentence you to probation, holding off the charges to see if you complete probation.   • Property theft between $1,000 and $2,000
  • Gun theft
